If for reasons not stated at the time of your order we can not deliver to the supplied address, SUDwell The Resin Bonded Slab Company will not be held responsible for any costs or charges incurred for redelivery.

Once an order has been marked for delivery, cancellation will incur 15% a fee to cover courier costs.
Order may be cancelled after delivery subject to our returns and refunds policies below.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The Customer is liable for any return costs.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Product with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Due to nature of the product we cannot guarantee that subsequent orders of the same product will have exactly the same appearance as any previous. This is due to the inherent variances of natural stone products and their mining techniques, and as such no two batches are identical.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
