Bind the loose gravel areas with the SUDwell ECO Pour on Gravel Binder 5L. This specialist resin solution strongly holds every single gravel particle together for a firm, long-lasting surface, retaining the gravel's natural look. It makes the process of putting together your floor straightforward and efficient. This product is crafted with an eco-friendly formula, making it durable and attractive. The kit requires simple and easy installation.

How to use SUDwell™ Pour on Gravel Resin

1. Spread the aggregate evenly over the area.

2. Drill 3mm holes into the rose of a watering can around 3/4 of an inch apart.

3. Dispense resin binder into the watering can.

4. Pour 1 coat over the area at the correct amount per square meter for your needs.

5. Using a trowel, smooth out the area to a level finish.

6. Leave to cure for 12 hours before applying a second coat if required. Leave 24 hours before trafficking.

Decorative - 1 Litre per m²

Light Use - 1.5 Litre per m²

Regular Use - 2 Litre per m² (2 x 1 litre coats)

What type of gravel can be used with SUDwell Pour On Gravel Resin?

Any aggegate under 10mm can be used as long as it is clean and dry before application.
We supply a large range of gravel in a variety of colours.

Can SUDwell Pour On be used on a driveway?

Using 2-3 coats will provide a surfcae that is suitable for light vehicle use, but care should be taken to avoid dry steering.

How long will it last?

Dependant on usage and application, SUDwell Pour on grave resin can last upto 15 years.

Is SUDwell Pour On hazardous to the environment?

SUDwell™ Pour on Gravel Resin is a completly inert material once cured, with no negative impact to surrounding areas.
Due to the porous nature of the finish our pour on binder actually benefits the environment by providing a SUDs compliant surface

Can I mix SUDwell Pour On into the gravel before laying.

Our pour on grave binder and be mixed into the aggregate, however you should consider our Resin Bound gravel kits if you are considering this method of application as it will provide a stronger surface.

What’s Included?

The resin bound DIY kit come with everything you need to install a new paved area. Each kit covers a 1 metre² area. All aggregate is pre-washed, dried and quality checked prior to packaging.

We have a huge selection of stones for you to choose from and a wide variety of colours. So no matter what your project is, you will find the perfect look within our kits. Our resin is UV stable, which means that it won’t fade or change the colour and look of your project when exposed to sunlight.

Each kit contains the aggregate you choose and enough resin to cover a 1 m² area. You can choose from standard resin or all-weather resin which is UV resistant, moisture tolerant and has a longer working time.

Individual kits come in pre-measured amounts and you can opt to have them supplied in tubs which are easy to mix the resin and aggregate together in. You simply mix part A with part B using a drill and paddle attachment when you are ready to begin laying the mixture. We do advise that you only mix as you are doing each section to avoid it from drying out before you get chance to lay it.

You also have the option of adding crushed glass which will add extra friction and create even more of an anti-slip surface.

For larger projects you can make savings on bulk buys.
